DESCRIPTION:A CLASSIC SUMMER EVENT\n\nJoin with your family and friends\n\nRegistration open online at NISDA.org\n\n\n\nNantucket Island School of Design and the Arts founded this event in 1975\, and today the Sandcastle Contest is co-sponsored by NISDA and the Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce. It began with neighborhood families getting together at the beach with a picnic to enjoy time together building sand castles and has now grown to include our whole Nantucket Community and Island Visitors   many coming from afar and returning year after year to participate! \n\n\n\nJoin us for a fun filled afternoon at Jetties Beach creating glorious sandcastles and sand sculptures   perhaps a magnificent mermaid\, sea creature\, giant guitar or an awesome car!\n\nSee you there! Ribbons for ALL!
