For more than five decades\, this beloved weekend has welcomed visitors and islanders alike to experience the warmth\, wonder\, and timeless charm of Christmas on Nantucket.\n\n\n\nThe festivities begin with one of Stroll's most anticipated traditions\, Santa Claus arriving aboard a Coast Guard vessel before making his grand entrance up Main Street in a bright red fire truck\, accompanied by the Town Crier. Throughout the weekend\, downtown comes alive with Victorian-costumed carolers\, magical talking Christmas trees\, student choirs\, musicians\, and festive performers spreading holiday cheer around every corner.\n\n\n\nThe NIR/Stop & Shop lot will once again become the Stroll Marketplace\, a charming European-style holiday market showcasing local merchants\, artisans\, nonprofit organizations\, and more.
