Film for Thought: Painting the 20th Century Soul

Painting the Soul of the 20th Century is a documentary portrait of Giuseppe Pellizza (1868–1907), the divisionist painter whose masterwork "The Fourth Estate" captured the soul of human society. Guided by actor Fabrizio Bentivoglio, the film explores the places Pellizza lived, the emotions behind his canvases, and the tragic end that makes his story all the more profound.
