This tasting brings together fresh, local oysters with a curated selection of wines, thoughtfully paired to highlight the briny, delicate flavors of Nantucket's own harvest.

This week we will be pairing oysters with some of our favorite cellar secrets! Come see what the Ethos team enjoys with their fresh, Nantucket oysters! It will be an afternoon of delicious discovery and great conversation.

Proceeds from this event support the Nantucket Shellfish Association and their work protecting and restoring our local shellfish populations and coastal waters.
