Own the Floor: A Free Community Dance for Awareness & Empowerment

This April, A Safe Place invites you to OWN THE FLOOR, a free community event for awareness and empowerment. Join us on Thursday, April 23, from 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM at The Chicken Box for an adults 21+ evening of dancing, music, community connection and empowerment. Door prizes will awarded throughout the evening. With OWN THE FLOOR, we hope to share the message that survivors have the right to safety, joy, and self-expression in all spaces, and that safety is a shared responsibility of our community.
