About Us
ACK Natural is Nantucket's only locally grown cannabis dispensary and the island's only medical cannabis facility. Located at 19 Spearhead Drive, we cultivate, process and sell premium flower, edibles, vapes, pre-rolls, concentrates and THC seltzers — all grown on-island. All staff are Nantucket natives and year-round residents. Recreational and medical cannabis available daily.
