Join us at Caf  22 on Thursday\, October 1\, from 2 to 4 p.m. for a delicious celebration of Nantucket's culinary offerings\, from farm and sea to table! Originally planned as the Grand Tasting\, this Nantucket Restaurant Week event has evolved into an interactive cooking demonstration\, bringing guests closer to the ingredients\, techniques\, and talent behind each dish.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur spotlight chef\, Chef Daisy of Caf  22\, will bring the energy of a Food Network-style experience to life as she prepares dishes featuring local bay scallops and ingredients from island producers\, including Eat Fire Farm\, Fog Town Farm\, and more. Guests will have opportunities to get hands-on in the kitchen and enjoy light bites paired with wines from Nantucket Vineyards and Great Point Vineyards.\n\n\n\nWhether you love to cook or simply love to eat\, come curious and bring your appetite!
