More than creating fakes or forgeries\, copying masters is a powerful way to experience the mind of a genius. In this experimental class\, you may faithfully copy a classic work of art or deconstruct a masterpiece into something new. Anything goes for artists working in any media including collage\, mixed media\, oils\, and acrylics. You may create a new work each week\, or develop one or two as the course progresses. Whether you are looking to make a technical breakthrough\, interested in shaking up your concept of image making\, or simply want to freely play in the studio\, this is the class for you. All levels welcomed.\n\n\n\nMATERIALS\n\n\nMaterials are not provided\, but there will be many master work reproductions for inspiration and collage.
