During the session\, participants will be guided through an active exercise and be provided with takeaways for them to:\n\n	Understand their financial reports better\n	Set business owner goals for their financial management in 2024\n\nBusiness owners will learn how to interpret financial reports into meaningful action plans designed to help them reach their overall business goals. \n\n\n\nThis event is FREE\, but registration is required.\n\n\nSpeaker Biography\n\n\nMeghan Blair - Meghan is a consultant with 20+ years of accounting and business advisory experience as the former owner of Fogged In Bookkeeping. Meghan is also a national speaker on a small business finance tools and best practices. With 2\,000+ successful projects in the business finance space\, including leading businesses through the sale process\, building business expansion plans and connecting owners with funding\, and for-profit and non-profit management turnarounds. Meghan currently works with small businesses as an advisor helping owners reach their goals.
