Skilled at leading highly matrixed\, global organizations\, Kronau has held numerous C-suite positions throughout her career including CFO\, CEO and Chief Diversity Officer. A recognized authority on the importance of personal and career fulfillment\, Kronau authored "Falling in Love With Work" and frequently speaks on workplace happiness and women in leadership. She has also written two historical novels\, "The World is Decorated With Stars" and "The\nStars That Guide Us\," and is working on the third book in the trilogy.\n\n \n\n\n Dr. Sarah Treanor Bois is the Director of Research and Education for the Linda Loring Nature Foundation (LLNF) on Nantucket Island\, Massachusetts. As a plant ecologist\, her research has focused on a myriad of conservation and biodiversity topics including non-native invasive species\, native shrub phenological response to climate change\, coastal vulnerability and resiliency\, management of sandplain grasslands\, and rare species conservation. In her current position\, Dr. Bois manages 108 acres of conservation land which consist primarily of sandplain grasslands\, coastal heathlands\, and coastal shrublands. Her position at LLNF marries her interests in research\, stewardship\, and education where she leverages research experiences into educational opportunities. Sarah received her PhD from the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Connecticut where her dissertation research focused on invasive plant distributions in New England and efforts to prioritize species management.\n\n\n\n \n\nStephanie Serra is a filmmaker\, cultural producer\, and curriculum designer who serves as Director of Programming at Nantucket Community Television. With a background in child psychology and over a decade of experience in storytelling\, education\, and media production\, she creates impact-driven initiatives and original curricula that empower youth\, amplify women's voices\, and foster meaningful community connection.\nA graduate of Sarah Lawrence College\, where she studied interdisciplinary arts and the integration of psychology\, storytelling\, and social inquiry\, Serra approaches media as both an artistic and a humanitarian practice. She founded NEW Moon Fest in 2023 and develops projects at both the micro and macro levels\, including initiatives such as ACK Ambassadors\, a creative prevention program for teens focused on drug and substance misuse\, and community-wide festivals.
