DESCRIPTION:Join us in being a part of the next stage of positive transformation for Nantucket Sports & Therapeutic Accessible Recreation (S.T.A.R.). Nantucket S.T.A.R. 's mission is to offer inclusive recreational activities that support and celebrate diverse strengths and abilities through collaborations with families and community partnerships. For over 20 years we have been able to provide individuals with identified special needs programs to build their confidence\, developmental skills\, independence\, and foster valuable connections with peers and members of our local community. \n\nShoot for the Stars will be held on Saturday\, June 28\, at 5:00 p.m. at Great Harbor Yacht Club. Our event offerings include the premiere viewing of our impact film\, hors devours and refreshments\, a live and silent auction featuring a unique offering of one of a kind designed chairs by renowned designers\, and the invaluable opportunity to meet and hear from some of our Stars.
