Join an Advanced Sommelier and WSET III-Jordana this summer to enhance your wine knowledge in a fun, small group setting. Our classes provide a global look at grapes, styles, and varietals, focusing on tasting techniques and the stories behind each bottle. We will explore climate, soil, and challenges that shape wines, along with food pairings to elevate your experience.

 Price:  $185.00 plus tax, limited to 10 guests.

July 2 & August 13 - Sauvignon Blanc:  Dive into the diverse flavors of this popular grape influenced by its environment. 

July 9 & August 6 - Rosé: Enjoy a global tasting of Rosés while discovering different varietals and perfect pairings.
 
July 16 & August 20 - Chardonnay:  Experience the magic of Chardonnay, exploring its styles and winemaking techniques. 

July 23 & August 27 & September 17 - Pinot Noir: Savor Pinot Noirs worldwide and learn how growing conditions affect flavor.  

July 30 & September 3 - Sparkling Wines & Champagne: Discover the world of sparkling wines, including how to pair bubbles with various meals.
