CUFFE: TAXED — Paul Cuffe, Nantucket, and the Mayflower Shallop
Join the Egan Maritime Institute for a screening of CUFF: TAXED, Anita Allison's documentary that explores the life of one of the most influential Black Americans of the early Republic, Paul Cuffe. After the film, a panel of historians will discuss Cuffe's relations with Nantucket and his maritime history.
Taking place at the Whaling Museum at 13 Broad Street on Friday, August 21, 2026. This free screening runs from 5:30-7:00 pm. Registration is required.
