‘Fireflies’

Date: now through September 14, 2019 Website: http://www.whiteherontheatre.org Event Description: Fireflies is the story of Eleanor, a respected lady in her small Texas town, and a drifter handyman, Abel, who causes quite a stir by flickering in and out of Eleanor's life... Like the summer fireflies viewed from her porch at night. Directed by Judith Ivey, Fireflies debuted as a reading at White Heron Theatre in 2017 as part of a collaboration with the Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven. The show returns now as a full stage production, made possible by the Franci Neely Foundation. The performance runs for two hours including one intermission.
