Nantucket Senior Expo

Community Consortium to Host Free Annual Senior Expo: Celebrating Our Elders and Their Vibrant Lives
The Senior Expo is back, and this year’s event will go beyond being an “expo”; it is a celebration of the wisdom, resilience, and resources to encourage vibrant lives in our senior community. Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 18, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Nantucket High School. This free event warmly welcomes seniors aged 60 and older, their families, and caregivers to connect, learn, and thrive together.
At the heart of this event is a commitment to empowering our elders with the tools and resources they need to live their best lives. With 36 vendors spanning health and wellness, legal and financial planning, home care, housing options, and more, attendees will find a wealth of information tailored to their unique needs. Experts will be on hand to answer questions and provide guidance, ensuring that no one feels alone in navigating life’s challenges.
The expo also features a series of engaging presentations on topics that matter most to seniors and their loved ones. From the science of aging gracefully to fraud prevention and long-term care planning, these talks are designed to inspire and inform.
This Senior Expo is about connection. It’s a chance for seniors to come together, share stories, and network. Complimentary refreshments will be available to keep the conversations flowing, and attendees can look forward to exciting prize giveaways throughout the day.
This cherished annual gathering is made possible by the dedication of the Nantucket Council on Aging, Nantucket Center for Elder Affairs, Inc. (NCEA), The Rotary Club of Nantucket, the Saltmarsh Senior Center, and Mind’s Eye Communications. Together, they are creating a space where our elders feel recognized, supported, and valued.
Join us in honoring our senior community.
