Ahead of Thanksgiving, and the busy holiday season, we'll master 2 seasonal pies, pumpkin and pecan. Guests will leave with 2 full pies, ready to be wrapped, frozen at home, and defrosted before wowing guests the following week at the Thanksgiving table.
