Beverly Hall “An Unlikely Friendship” Fred Rogers and Madaket Millie. A Life in Photography: 60’s to Present.
Opening reception at the NISDA Silo Gallery followed by an Artists' Talk. For more than fifty years, Beverly Hall has documented the people and stories that define Nantucket. Among her most memorable work is her photographic record of the friendship between Fred Rogers and the island's beloved Madaket Millie, capturing their time together during Rogers' visits to Nantucket. Join Hall as she shares the stories behind the iconic images and reflects on how photography preserves not only moments in time, but the relationships that become part of a community's history.
