Sunrise Nature Meditation

Join Andrew Viselli, for a 45 minute guided breathwork and meditation session to usher in, with gratitude, a beautiful Nantucket day as the sun rises over the Nantucket harbor

This all-level guided practice meets at the Maria Mitchell Association Aquarium at 28 Washington Street, Nantucket MA. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be cancelled and participants notified. This class is recommended for all levels and is beginner friendly. Please bring your own mats/props.
