Celebrate cats, community, and cinema at the 2026 8th Annual Cat Film Festival, featuring an opening reception before the screening. A portion of ticket sales will benefit NISHA, Nantucket’s animal rescue nonprofit.
Join us for a cash bar and light snacks during the opening reception in the Harborview Room from 4:00–5:00 PM, then settle in as the film program begins at 5:00 PM in the Main Theater.
This year’s festival features 21 short films selected from over 70 submissions representing 14 countries. Thoughtfully curated and family-friendly, these films offer a joyful, heartfelt celebration of the fascinating felines who share our lives.
