The Voyages of the Mayflower and Her Shallop from a Sailor's Perspective - With Nathaniel Philbrick

Egan Maritime Institute will join the Blockade Runners Mayflower II Shallop Tour on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in honor of celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Revolutionary War. This tour will remind us about the patriot and brave captain, Paul Cuffe, and how he smuggled goods through enemy lines during the war using a small sailboat called a shallop. 

Egan will host a special talk with Nathaniel Philbrick at the Great Harbour Yacht Club from 5:00-6:00 pm. Due to limited capacity, this is a members-only event that is free with registration.
