Operations Manager
The Nantucket Land & Water Council (NLWC) seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to serve as our Operations Manager. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our nonprofit organization.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting financial administration and reporting • Managing office operations and serving as the first point of contact • Processing donations and maintaining accurate donor records • Generating acknowledgements and donor communications • Coordinating board communications and meetings • Providing executive support to the Executive Director
Qualifications: 3–5 years of administrative, finance, or operations experience (nonprofit preferred) • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite; donor databases a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Spanish language skills a plus
