Program Manager/Volunteer Coordinator
Nourish Nantucket is seeking to hire a full-time Program Manager/Volunteer Coordinator to oversee our food programs and strengthen our volunteer network.
Responsibilities include:
? Managing day-to-day food program logistics and operations
? Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers
? Tracking program data, enrollment, and reporting
? Building strong relationships with community partners and families
? Supporting fundraising events and organizational initiatives
Qualifications:
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Experience with program management, nonprofit work, or volunteer coordination
? Ability to work with diverse communities with compassion and respect
? Tech-friendly (Google Workspace, CRMs)
? Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus
Compensation:
Salary of $70,000 and competitive benefits package
