Morgan Baker joined the Fairwinds team as the Director of Development and Marketing in May 2023. Morgan has spent most of her life between Nantucket and Upstate New York. Prior to Fairwinds, Morgan served seven years as the Development Director and Financial Officer for a humanitarian not-for-profit in Washington, DC. Dedicated to public health access, Morgan strives to educate and promote service needs to better our communities. After donating a kidney to her brother in 2021, Morgan became a live donor advocate for Syracuse University Transplant Hospital in Upstate New York, where she advocates for the mental health support of current families on organ transplant lists. In the evenings, Morgan enjoys being walked by her two 90-pound Siberian Huskies.
