About Us
A Safe Place firmly believes that individuals have the right to live their lives free from domestic violence, sexual assault, and exploitation, harassment, and bullying. We support survivors every day and work to eliminate behaviors that promote sexism, racism, gender violence, and rape culture.
A Safe Place offers FREE and CONFIDENTIAL supportive and therapeutic services to those impacted by domestic violence or sexual assault, including a 24 hour hotline (508.228.2111), online chat with an advocate (Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm at www.asafeplacenantucket.org) and in person counseling and advocacy (available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.)
A Safe Place has been supporting survivors in the Nantucket community for over 35 years.
