Abby De Molina is a senior financial services leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation, process improvement, and growth in banking. She has led cross-functional
initiatives in product development, employee experience, and sustainability, including launching the Santander Private Client program, which achieved $1B in balance growth. Abby is
also deeply committed to leadership and community engagement, serving on Planning Board as an alternate, the Nantucket Historical Commission, and the NP&EDC. She also gives financial literacy classes at the Nantucket Atheneum. Abby has lived on Nantucket full-time for the past five years. She and her partner John live in Tom Nevers with their daughter Juliet, who was born at Nantucket Cottage Hospital in 2024. She enjoys volunteering, running in local road races, reading, spending time with family and friends, and long walks exploring the many paths the island has to offer
