The Nantucket Historical Association hosts the 5th Annual Flower Power Party
A spring community celebration to kick off the season
The Nantucket Historical Association (NHA) is excited to host the community and visitors for the 5th Annual Flower Power Party on Friday, April 28, 2023, 6–8 pm, at the Whaling Museum.
The Flower Power Party is in collaboration with the Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce’s 47th Annual Daffodil Festival weekend and transforms the Whaling Museum into a festive spring celebration. Enjoy a look at new additions around the museum, hors d’oeuvres by Island Kitchen, and music by island favorite Billy Voss.
“The Flower Power Party has blossomed into a festive celebration on the island that invites the community and weekend visitors to enjoy a jumpstart to spring and discover what is new at the NHA. We look forward to hosting this great event to kick off the island’s season this April,” says Niles Parker, Gosnell Executive Director.
The NHA thanks event chairs Jenny Benzie and Kirk Baker for chairing The Flower Power Party for the second season. Special thanks to N Magazine for supporting this event as our lead sponsor.
The Flower Power Party benefits the Nantucket Historical Association. Tickets are on sale at NHA.org starting Wednesday, February 22.
