This one hour presentation will be a finance focused workshop for small business owners. During the session, participants will be guided through an active exercise and be provided with takeaways for them to:

• Understand their financial reports better
• Set business owner goals for their financial management in 2024

Business owners will learn how to interpret financial reports into meaningful action plans designed to help them reach their overall business goals.
