Brant Hotel Housekeeping

What You Will Do:

  1. Room Preparation: Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, well-maintained, and prepared to meet the Salt Hotels standard of excellence.
  2. Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  3. Amenity Management: Restock room amenities and supplies, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  4. Laundry Service: Handle the proper processing of guest laundry, ensuring items are cleaned and returned in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Guest Requests: Promptly respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer service.
  6. Safety and Security: Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
  8. Feedback Implementation: Listen to and act on feedback from guests and management to continually improve service and guest satisfaction.
  9. Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of room supplies and notify management of any inventory needs or maintenance issues.

What You Will Need:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality sector preferred.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, able to understand and respond to guest needs promptly.
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, bend, and lift up to a certain weight.
